List of Ingredients:
Red potatoes-2 lbs (quartered)
Green onions-4 (chopped)
Dill sprig-1
Greek yogurt-1 cup
Mayo-1 cup | Salt-1/4
How to cook:
Step 1: Cook potatoes in a pot containing salt water until potatoes become tender. While potatoes are being cooked combine salt, green onions, dill, mayo, and yogurt. Allow this to rest for some time till the potatoes are cooked properly.
Step 2: Once the potatoes become tender drain water and allow cooling for some time. Now combine both potatoes and dressing and refrigerate overnight.
