Ingredients list:

Cucumbers – 2, these have to be thinly sliced and medium-sized
Cider vinegar – 1/3 cup
Water – 1/3 cup
Granulated sugar – 2 tbsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Pepper – 1/8 tsp

Dill weed – these have to be minced before use
Instead of this, parsley can be used

How to Prepare:

Step 1) – The preparation of this dish is very easy. The first thing to do in the preparation of this dish is to place the cucumbers into a bowl. Preferably, use a non-reactive bowl. Combine the following ingredients sugar, water, vinegar, pepper and salt. Pour this over cucumbers. Place them in fridge after covering. An occasional stirring is required. This will take about three hours. After the three hours are over, drain them and sprinkle using dill weed.

The “Danish Pickled Cucumbers” are ready and can be served.
