Ingredients list:

Strawberries – 1 pound
Granulated sugar – 2 tbsp
Water – 1/3 cup
Cornstarch -11/2 tbsp

How to Prepare:

Step 1) – The preparation of this dish is very easy and not much time consuming. The first thing to do in the preparation of this dessert is to clean the berries. Ensure they are cleaned well. Use sufficient quantity of water for this cleaning purpose. After cleaning, rinse them using a colander. The water that is remaining has to be drained off from the berries. Next, mash them using sugar. After this bring to boil quickly.

Step 2) – Next thing to do in the preparation of this dish is to thin the cornstarch. This is to be done with water. After this pour to strawberries that are hot. A constant stirring is required. Bring to boil once again. Do this quickly. After this remove from fire. Pour them to a bowl before chilling. Next, chill them. Leave it aside till the required time for chilling. The surface of the dessert has to be kept soft. For this sprinkle using sugar. The quantity of sugar used here is 2 tbsp. Sprinkle on top. This will retain the softness of the surface. This is the last step in the preparation of this dessert. The” Danish Frit Pudding” is prepared now and can be served. Serve this dessert cold along with the table cream.
