Ingredients list:

Frozen raspberries – 1 pack. This will be equal to 10 ounce
These have to be thawed before use
Frozen strawberries – 1 package. This will be equal to 10 ounce.
These have to be thawed before use
Cornstarch – ¼ cup
Granulated sugar – 2 tbsp
Cold water – ½ cup
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Slivered almonds

How to Prepare:

Step 1) – The preparation of this dish is very easy and not much time consuming. The first thing to do in the preparation of this dish is to puree the berries. Use a blender for this purpose. Another option is to press them using a sieve.

Step 2) – Take a saucepan and combine the sugar and cornstarch in it. Add the water gradually with stirring. Add the puree at this stage. Heat to boil. A constant stirring is required. Boil them and stir for sixty seconds.

Step 3) – Take out from fire and add the lemon juice with stirring. Pour this to dessert dishes. Instead of these dishes, serving bowls can be used. Place in the fridge for a minimum of two hours. A cover is to be placed on them. Sprinkle using almonds. This is the last step in the preparation of this dessert. The” Danish Berry Pudding” is prepared and can be served. Serve this dish along with ½ and ½ if you like.
